Your email is used to verify your signature and manage your declaration record. It will not be published.

What we collect

When you sign, we collect your name, email address, and a one-line commitment. Optionally you may add a role/title, organisation, country, and a perspective category. We record which consent choices you made and when.

How we use it

• Your email verifies your signature and lets us manage your record. It is never published.
• Your name and commitment are only displayed publicly if you explicitly choose that, and after moderation.
• Signatory data is used for The AI Declaration only, unless you separately opt in to receive updates.

Your choices

You can sign privately, display your name without your commitment, or display both. You can withdraw or update your signature at any time from the update or withdraw page.

What we never do

• We never publish your email address.
• We never add you to a Mindstone marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.
• We never display a commitment without your consent and moderation.

The AI Declaration is initiated and stewarded by Mindstone, which looks after signatory data on the declaration's behalf and never sells it or shares it for anything other than the declaration itself. You can access, correct, or remove your data at any time from the update or withdraw page.
